About Project
Kimberly has experience in both the design field as well as experience in shopping center renewal and sales, office space plan design and retail leasing. These experiences give her a unique perspective into the future resale value of design choices.
Kimberly Foodman is an accredited architectural designer holding the AIA Associate designation as well as the Allied ASID designation. She holds an BS in Architectural Design from Clemson University and also completed her MBA from Georgia State University with a minor in real estate. She has worked in many areas of design and real estate for over 25 years and opened her own design firm in 2007.
